Refund policy
Product Damage and Replacement Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our product, and we stand by the quality of the products we sell. In the event that the product is received in the following condition:
- Container is damaged and product has leaked out.
- Spray nozzle is damaged or not functioning properly.
We will fully replace the damaged product at no extra cost.
Please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or faulty product.
Please Note:
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Returns or replacement requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns for unopened and undamaged products are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
