Shipping policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days via NZ Post using a tracked courier service. Delivery times vary based on location but typically take 2-3 business days from dispatch. Please allow additional time for delivery to rural areas. We ship orders Monday through Thursday, excluding public holidays. We do not ship internationally. In the rare case of a delay, we’ll get in touch right away to keep you updated.
